Policies

Please review the following guidelines before booking. These policies allow us to maintain a respectful, supportive, and consistent experience for every client.

  • Our classes are intentionally limited to preserve a highly personalized experience.

    • All classes require a 8-hour cancellation notice

    • Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee

    • No-shows will incur a $25 fee or loss of class credit

    This ensures fairness for clients on our waitlist and protects the integrity of each class.

  • We encourage consistency — it’s where transformation happens! 

    All packages are time-based and begin on the date of purchase:

    • Single Class: 14 days

    • 5 Classes: 1 month

    • 10 Classes: 2 months

    • 20 Classes: 3 months

    Expired classes are not eligible for extension.

  • Grip socks are mandatory for every class, this standard supports both safety and hygiene.

    Forgot yours? No problem, we have grip socks available for purchase in our studio! 

  • When classes are full, the waitlist is your best opportunity to get in!

    • You will be automatically added when a spot becomes available

    • If added within 8 hours, you are still subject to the cancellation policy

  • We kindly ask all clients to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. This will allow you to get settled in and get familiar with your machine..

    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to class

    • Doors close promptly at start time

    • Clients arriving more than 3 minutes late will not be admitted

    This protects your safety and preserves the flow of class.

  • Refined Movement is designed as a space to disconnect and elevate.

    • Phones must be silenced and stored away

    • Keep conversation minimal in the studio

    • Wipe down your machine after class

    • Move with awareness and respect for those around you

  • Your safety is our highest priority.

    • Consult your physician prior to attending if pregnant or injured

    • Inform your instructor before class

  • We offer flexibility when needed.

    • Minimum freeze: 14 days

    • Maximum: 60 days per calendar year

    • Requests must be submitted in advance

  • Memberships require a 30-day written email notice prior to your next billing cycle.

    All commitments must be fulfilled before cancellation is processed.

    No refunds will be issued for unused classes.

  • All clients must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating.

    By attending, you acknowledge and accept:

    • Responsibility for your participation
